Vicki loved the other one so much, she wanted one just like it. So I used a darker red. I made this one using Wilmington Prints, Travel the World fabric collection. It will be backed with minky. It’s approximately 44 x 64 inches.

For all the math lovers out there, there will be 711 triangles making up all the hexes, plus 46 half triangles to make it square to be able to add borders! Thank you Malinda for using your vision and trusting me to make your quilt! I can’t wait to see this all completely sewn together!

Well I finally got some time away from work to work on my Snowflake. It’s turning out beautiful. I used an alternative block instead of the square ones form the regular Jelly Snowflake pattern. Now to just finish it up! Then I’ve got several new exiting ones to do. Stay tuned I’m going to try my hand at a One Block Wonder Quilt…..

Jelly Snowflake Quilt

This snowflake quilt turned out fabulous, I can’t wait to make one for myself. This one was a custom order! What you can’t see in the picture is that the white fabric shimmers and the blue has some sparkly silver on it! It’s 50.5 x 50.5 inches. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Horsen Around Quilt - Teal

I made this one to sale. The horses are beautiful. I absolutely love the colors and the metallic accents. It’s made using a pattern designed by Ann Lauer with Benartex Horsen Around fabrics. I’m going to use a black minky on the back of it. It’s about 45 x 55 inches.
